SMEX is a simple accounting system for busy entrepreneurs to handle the financial records of their small and medium companies easily.  No download is needed and the system is cloud-based, which means you don’t need to be in your office, and you don’t need to call your bookkeeper, to have your expenses recorded.  You just need to use your smartphone to keep your records up-to-date, any time, anywhere.

SMEX can be switched between Chinese (both Traditional and Simplified) interface and English interface.  So if you want to use Chinese, you are not stuck with English.  This feature is especially useful in a multi-cultural environment.

No matter you close your books monthly or quarterly or yearly, SMEX will support you to make the correct accounting records.

SMEX supports multiple spenders within a company.  It also provides Assistant Accounts for the spenders’ assistants to record their transactions and Auditor Accounts for any auditing activities.

You can choose between using a shared environment hosted by VKC to minimize your cost, or host your own installation to maximize security and privacy.
